I love Media Matters. Frankly, I thought Obama didn't spend enough in the right way. I'm with Krugman in thinking we needed a bigger stimulus in order to get the economy going fullly. Bush had 8 years to screw it up and he did a great job. Why is it always the Democrats that have to right the ship when the Republicans keep trying to sink it....
Up Late
It's not often I am up this late on a Sunday night. Usually, Mondays are hell for me. That gets put off till Tuesday this week thanks to the holiday. I'm really not missing anything, though as it looks like there is nothing on tv on Sunday nights.

Another Holiday
Yet another holiday. I'm off Monday, as are alot of people. I'll pay for it though, on Tuesday. Still, it looks to be a nice couple of do nothing days for me. Planning on relaxing and doing some reading. Maybe some Diablo 3 as well. It's a pretty day outside and I'm heading out to get some brunch and start a slow day.

Mother's Day 2012
Kind of an overcast, cool, gloomy day today. Getting some things done. Had brunch early so as to miss the maddening crowds that come out for Mother's Day.
Went over to Kernersville to visit my mother. She would have been 68 this year. She died at 42. You know, I'm not sure that I met all those other Masons. I think one of them is her Father and I did meet him. Getting a bunch of laundry done. Going to buy groceries. Need to dust and clean the carpet today. Staying busy.

Supermoon!
Well, it was a very cloudy night, so I didn't see no damn Supermoon. So, there! Anyway, off today as it is Sunday. Going to brunch here in a minute. Might be going to game with some friends or I might not. Haven't really decided. I do have some things I need to do here at home. Laundry and such. Sometimes, it's nice just to get to spend a day alone.

Ron Paul is a loon. Really. It's all about destroying the social safety net and society itself with Ron Paul and the Libertarians. Very dangerous. Krugman is dead on. He's got it right.
