Funny.....

1. I've begun worshipping the sun for a number of reasons. First of all, unlike some other gods I could mention, I can see the sun. It's there for me every day. And the things it brings me are quite apparent all the time: heat, light, food, a lovely day. There's no mystery, no one asks for money, I don't have to dress up, and there's no boring pageantry. And interestingly enough, I have found that the prayers I offer to the sun and the prayers I formerly offered to God are all answered at about the same 50-percent rate. [George Carlin, from "You Are All Diseased".]

It's Been a While

 Been very busy at work. TOO busy, in fact. Pulling about 65 hours per week and maybe 70+ this week is no fun at all and makes for a dull and unhappy blog writer. So, I've stayed away. Looks like there may soon be some let up. I "Hopefully" will be going to Dragon Con next week and will be posting some pics/ video here while at the con as well as afterwards.
 Hoping to meet the guys from MythBusters as well as some of the gang from Mystery Science Theater/ Cinematic Titanic. Till then, Have a great week!
