Dog Days

Yeah, I'm a slacker. I've just been very busy and have really slacked off posting. Not that there haven't been things going on like the whole Iraqi surge report (bullshit)....please excuse my cough...but It's just been a heck of a month, so far for me. Well, it's off to work and we'll see how the weekend goes.

Labor Day

I had a pretty good holiday. Went up to Hillsville for the annual antique thing they have up there. It's really a shame that most of it is just crap anymore. You have to walk a mile or more to get to the good stuff.
I slept in both days, which I don't get to do very often. My friend, Shane came down from Maryland and was by for a while Monday night. Good to see you, Shane! Did alot of cleaning earlier that day and I think the place is looking good. I never realized how much hair one cat can shed!
I'm off again today, but getting somethings done (haircut, oil change...). Maybe I'll get to relax tonight.
